The safety and well-being of our team, providers, customers, is our top priority. As such, we are closely following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with local and U.S. government health agencies, including allowing all employees to work from home. Our healthcare consultants are located across the country, and much of our business is already conducted remotely, without any business disruption. Our technology is cloud-based, allowing our customers and consultants the ability to access our systems from anywhere in the US, with the proper security access. Per our HIPAA responsibilities, all of our servers are in a secure cloud environment to provide a safe and secure workplace from anywhere in the US.
To assist our clients and the provider community during this public health emergency, our senior coding and billing consultants are tracking payment, coding and billing updates from all of the regulatory agencies, such as CDC, AMA, CMS, AHA; we are consolidating and summarizing COVID-19 updates.
