PAUL, January 2023 — Panacea Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of strategic pricing, price transparency, chargemaster, compliance, and revenue integrity software and consulting services to healthcare providers across the full continuum of care, today announced the appointment of Kevin Chmura as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Chmura joins Panacea with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results to some of the country’s largest healthcare systems. He succeeds Fred Stodolak, who becomes Panacea’s Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Chmura brings his experience of successfully building and leading healthcare revenue system software and services organizations. Before joining Panacea, he served as President and CEO of revenue cycle technology and services provider Aergo Solutions from 2010 until its acquisition in 2022. He has held several prominent executive-level positions in the revenue cycle management industry, including serving as Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at MedAssets (now Savista) and establishing the A/R Services division at MD-X Solutions, a firm that MedAssets eventually acquired.
